BOONE, N.C. - Due to the expected snow storm this weekend, the Appalachian Open wrestling tournament set for Saturday has been cancelled, head coach JohnMark Bentley announced Thursday.

The tournament will not be made up but will be scheduled for next year.

The Mountaineers will not return to action until Saturday, Feb. 6 when they travel to Chattanooga to take on the Mocs and Northern Iowa at 1 p.m.
