STATESBORO, Ga. - Appalachian State University men's tennis leads Southern Conference opponent Georgia Southern, 1-0, at the suspension of play due to inclement weather on Friday.

Appalachian started the match by sweeping all three doubles matches and took a lead in four singles matches when rain enveloped the courts and halted play.

Action will resume at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
