BOONE, N.C. - Senior Ellie Linsell and freshman Mackenzie
LaSure will participate at this season's ITA Regional on the campus of Wake
Forest University starting on Thursday, Oct. 18.
Linsell will compete in the singles round after closing out the Wake Forest Invitational on Oct. 6 with a 2-1 record and will team up with partner LaSure to compete in the doubles tournament.
"This is an extremely tough tournament with the winner going to New York for the Indoor Nationals," head coach Colin Crothers said. "Ellie and Mackenzie have played extremely well this fall and will represent Appalachian State in this tournament."
The tournament will begin on Thursday, Oct. 18 and will run through Sunday, Oct. 21.
