CORRECTION TO PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED INFORMATION: Admission to the Raleigh-Durham reception is FREE.
Due to great demand over the first four years of the event, Appalachian State University football will host two National Signing Day receptions in 2013 with the first event slated for Wednesday, Feb. 6 in Boone and a second to be held on Thursday, Feb. 7 in Raleigh-Durham.
The Boone reception will be held at the Appalachian Athletics Center and costs just $25 per person. The Raleigh-Durham event will be held at the Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle in Cary and admission is FREE. Heavy hors d' oeuvres will be served at both events and each attendee will receive two drink tickets.
Both National Signing Day programs will include a special multimedia presentation featuring each of the Mountaineers' signees and the opportunity to visit with head coach Scott Satterfield and his staff.
Space for both receptions is limited. To register, call the Appalachian State athletics ticket office at (828) 262-2079. Registration deadline is Monday, Jan. 28.
