Transfer Your Tickets

Step 1: Log into your account on athletic ticket office website (“My Account” at this link:
https://tkt.xosn.com/tickets/MyAccount.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=21500&KEY=)
Step 2: Click on “TicketsTicket Advance”
Step 3: Click on the magnifying glass for the season (or event) that you’d like to have transferred to a friend and select the events and seats that you’d like to transfer.
Step 4: Write down the ticket advance claim code to pass along to the party that will be receiving the ticket advance OR type in their email address in the blank box and click on the “send e-mail now” button.
Step 5: Once your party has received the claim code- they must sign into THEIR account on the App State athletic website and redeem the tickets by clicking “TicketsTicket Advance”. Then they will enter the claim number in the blank box on top and click the red “Submit Claim Check”.
Step 6: After the claim has been submitted, they will select the method of delivery (will-call or print at home) and they will pay for any fees associated with the tickets. Finally, click the green button to confirm your tickets.
