Track and Field: Red-shirted indoors and outdoors. 2004-05: Cross Country: Ran in the top five all season ... earned all-SoCon honors with an eighth place finish at the championships. Indoors: Finished seventh in the 5,000m at the SoCon Championships to clinch the come from behind team win ... PRed with a second place finish at Clemson in the 3,000m. Outdoors: Was an all-SoCon honoree with a runner-up finished in the 3,000m at the championships. 2003-04: Cross Country: Won his first collegiate race at the Covered Bridge Open in 15:46. A consistent top-five performer ... an PR’s in the 3,000m and the 3,000m steeplechase ... finished eighth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the SoCon Championships. Pr's: 8,000m XC (24:51), 3,000m SC (9:29), 3,000m (8:36). High School: 2002 N.C. Independent Schools state cross country champion and all-state track and field in the 3,200m and the 1,600m. Ranked fifth in the 3,200m (9:24) in North Carolina in 2002 and finished sixth in Small Schools race of Great American Cross Country Festival.
