GENERAL TICKET OFFICE INFORMATION
Payment
We accept Cash, Personal Check, Visa, Mastercard and Appalachian Express Cards for advanced ticket orders. On game day, we accept Cash, Visa, and Mastercard.

Refunds/Exchanges
Appalachian State Athletics has a no refunds, no exchanges policy.

Re-Admittance Policy
Patrons exiting the gate will not be allowed to return without purchasing another ticket. Gates open for free admittance at the beginning of the fourth quarter in football, the second half for basketball and the end of the first game of a Volleyball match.

Away Game Tickets
Tickets for away football and selected basketball games may be purchased at the Athletic Ticket Office located on the ground floor of the Holmes Convocation Center. These tickets are generally sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A lottery system for student tickets may be instituted for high demand games at the discretion of the Appalachian State Athletics department.

NCAA Playoff and Postseason Conference Tournament Games
In compliance with Southern Conference and NCAA rules and regulations, we can not offer free student admissions to NCAA Playoff games or Southern Conference Tournament games. However, we do often offer a reduced rate to students presenting a valid ASU I.D.

NCHSAA Coaches Pass
Appalachian State supports High School Athletics and is pleased to honor current and lifetime NCHSAA Coaches for all home athletic contests EXCEPT FOR HOMECOMING. The pass will admit the pass holder and one (1) guest. There are a limited number of Coach’s Pass tickets available for each home game (excluding Homecoming) and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. No advance order will be taken for these complimentary tickets. To obtain your ticket(s) for a home football game (excluding Homecoming), present your current NCHSAA Coach’s Pass at the designated window at the Ticket Plaza. The Ticket Plaza is located between the East Gate and Owens Field House. To obtain your ticket(s) for a home basketball game, present your current NCHSAA Coach’s Pass at either the Southwest or Northwest Ticket Windows.
