Just present it at the gate where it will be scanned. Once scanned, the “ticket” for that game will be considered redeemed and no longer active or available for transfer.

Your Personal On-line Account
Every Season Ticket Card comes with its own on-line account. By accessing this account you can:
- print individual game tickets to distribute them personally
- transfer via email to another individual

The first time you go to the TicketReturn web site, you’ll need to create your user ID and password.

1. Creating a user ID and Password
2. Click ‘Sign In’
3. If this is your first time signing in select ‘Help me find my UserID’
4. This will prompt you to enter your Name, City, State and Zip code
5. Next you will be asked to enter part of the barcode off of the back of your season ticket card.
6. Then your account information will be displayed and you must create a new user ID and password.
7. The next time you log in just hit "Sign In" and then enter the User ID and Password you created in Step 1.

Using Tickets

You can use the ticket by presenting your season ticket card/ticket at the event. The card is scanned and the particular ticket for the event is electronically redeemed. Once redeemed, the ticket for the event can no longer be used, sold, donated or transferred.

If you own a ticket to an event through single purchase or transfer...You can:
1. EITHER print the ticket and present the printed copy at the event just as you would with an original ticket.
2. OR claim the ticket at the event's Will Call booth.

Transferring Tickets

If you cannot use a ticket for an event, you may transfer it to someone free of charge using TicketReturn. It is important to note that if you transfer a season or individual game ticket to someone else, your ticket to that game is no longer valid.
Do not try to use a ticket or season card that has been transferred.

1. Click Your account and click the Tickets you own link for the tickets you want to transfer.
2. Click Transfer usage of tickets. The Transfer Your Tickets page appears listing all of the tickets you currently own for the selected team.
3. Select the Transfer box for any tickets you want to transfer.
4. Click the Confirm Transfer of Selected Tickets button. The next page displays the ticket transfer information.
5. Select to print the tickets and give them to someone else OR to transfer the tickets to another individual's TicketReturn account.
NOTE: The transferee does not need an existing TicketReturn account - TicketReturn creates one automatically during the transfer process.
6. Click Continue. The next steps in the procedure depend on whether you selected to print the tickets or to transfer them to another TicketReturn account.

If you chose to print the tickets to give to another person:
1. Ticket transfer information is displayed verifying that the transfer is complete.
2. Click the Print These Tickets button. The print page appears. Click Print Tickets.

If you chose to transfer the tickets to another person's TicketReturn account:
1. The Transfer a Ticket page appears. Enter the information for the transferee.
2. Click Confirm Ticket Transfer. If the name you entered is a person already in the TicketReturn database, the system will try to match it to the correct account. Select the matching account and click the Transfer Tickets button.
3. Ticket transfer information is displayed verifying that the transfer is complete. If necessary, TicketReturn creates an account for the transferee, and the tickets are added to the account. The transferee needs to print out his/her own tickets or collect them at Will Call.

Printing Tickets

Tickets can be printed and presented at an event just as you would with an original ticket.
NOTE: When you print a ticket, only one copy will be valid. Tickets contain a bar code and only the first ticket scanned by the card reader at the event will be accepted.
1. Click Your account. Your account information is displayed.
2. Click a Tickets you own link for the tickets you want to print. A page appears listing tickets in your account for the selected team.
3. Select the Print Ticket box for each ticket you want to print.
