Where will the premium seats be located?
Premium seats will be on the west side of the stadium where the Kidd Brewer Stadium Complex is located.

How will the various types of premium seats be allocated?
The selection process for the various types of premium seats will be determined by rank based on priority points for past and current giving.

How will the location of a premium seats be determined?
The location of a contributors premium seats will be determined by the contributor’s Yosef Club cumulative rank.

Is my total payment tax-deductible?
As provided by IRS rules, a donation qualifying the contributor to purchase athletic event tickets is 80% tax deductible. The cost of goods, services and amenities is not tax deductible as a charitable contribution. The annual total payment for premium seat privileges consists of two parts: 1) Donation: an 80% tax-deductible charitable gift benefiting the University through the Yosef Club and qualifying the donor for the purchase of tickets in a particular premium seat area, and 2) Space Usage Fee: a payment for goods and services provided by the University such as space usage, parking and other amenities. The Yosef Club office will issue information concerning your deductibility, although you should consult your own tax advisor.

What does escalation mean?
Escalation is the annual percentage increase in the donation and space usage fee based on the term of your agreement. For example, if you sign a 3-year agreement at 4 percent escalation for a Mountaineer Luxury Suite you will pay a total of $25,000 first year, a total of $26,000 (1.04*25,000) the second year; and a total of $27,040 (1.04*26,000) the final year. Term options are available for three, five and seven years.

Will I be able to renew my space usage at the end of the term?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to renew your license for a specific period of time.

If I accept the opportunity to obtain premium seats, will there be additional agreements to complete?
Yes. Those who commit will need to sign an additional agreement outlining the rules and conditions applicable to the Mountaineer Luxury Suite and Club Seats. Completing the commitment from does not guarantee the ability to obtain premium seats.

How will my Yosef Club points be affected by my premium seat space usage agreement?
Yosef Club members will receive one point for each $100 spent for the donation amount (not including ticket and space usage fees).

When will the premium seats be available?
Premium seats should be available for the 2008 football season.

Can I get Club seats with a group of friends?
Yes, the group’s priority rank will be determined by taking the average of the group members’ Yosef Club cumulative ranks.

Can I share Mountaineer Luxury Suites with other people?
Yes. More then one person can share a suite, but each person must sign an individual space usage agreement with one person designated as responsible for the commitment.

Is there a limit to the number of Club Seats I can obtain?
