The deadline for priority benefits and parking privileges for each potential or renewal member is June 30, 2011. Please click HERE to donate online or HERE for a downloadable pledge/donation card to complete your Yosef Club donation credit for the 2010-11 athletic seasons. Donations at each giving level will be accepted after this deadline, but do not guarantee parking and benefit privileges.

The Yosef Club will transition the giving year from a fiscal year to a calendar year in order to make annual giving to the Yosef Club and the benefits received coincide. Currently, donors can make a pledge with a final payment to be completed by June the following year. Beginning with the 2011 renewal term, the giving year will start January 1, 2011 and members have until December 31, 2011 to complete payment. While most Yosef Club members complete their pledge by the end of the calendar year, we encourage all donors to consider making this transition with their 2010 membership.

The Yosef Club would like to encourage everyone to start this year making that transition if possible. However, it will not become a required payment schedule until January 1, 2011. If you have questions, please call our offices at (828) 262-3108.

Cash Gifts and Pledges
The Yosef Club supports the pledge program in an effort to make giving annually easier and more convenient. This type of gift provides immediate help for the entire Mountaineer sports program through the support of student-athlete scholarships. Payment may be made with cash, check or credit
card. Payments are spread over the course of a fiscal year (July 1-June 30), but all pledges must be paid by June 30. If this is the method
of payment you select, please check the appropriate boxes on the pledge card. Payment options of payroll deduction or a bank draft forms are also available.

Matching Gifts
Many companies have a matching gift program that enhances the value of your gift at no additional cost to you. Ask your employer for information regarding matching gifts supporting Athletic Scholarships.

Honorary and Memorial Gifts
Pay tribute to someone’s life and accomplishments while strengthening Appalachian’s athletics program. The office of Athletic Development can assist you with making this kind of gift.

Planned Giving and Special Gifts
Gifts such as real estate, life insurance policies, stocks and bequests are appreciated and accepted. Contact us for specific details.

It may be easier for some supporters to provide goods and services instead of cash donations. Items and services are valued for the savings
they bring to the overall athletics program. Acceptance of gifts-in-kind is approved by the Director of Athletics and the Senior Associate Athletic Director.
